Connie (star temp) is leaving tomorrow. I think I'm in complete denial over the situation.
I'm really scared - not sure I'm going to be able to cope.
I'll be left with one who has been there 4 weeks, one 2 weeks, and one starting on Monday.
I've always had a safety net in Connie, as she was really good and had been there for six months and pretty much knew how to do everything.
I fear for my sanity! Trying to teach someone completely new AND still minding the other two is going to be hard.
Plus, I've started my secondment now, so I'm officially only supposed to be half-time.
Eeek!
